LVGL v7.4.0 Released

The main new features of v7.4.0 are runtime font loading, style caching, and arc knob with value setting by click.

New Features #

Runtime Font Loading: Add lv_font_load() function to load a lv_font_t object from a binary font file
Font Memory Management: Add lv_font_free() function to free memory allocated by lv_font_load()
Style Caching: Reduces access time of properties with default values for improved performance
Arc Click-to-Set: Arc widget now supports setting value by clicking directly on the arc
Arc Knob Part: Add LV_ARC_PART_KNOB to arc widgets, similar to the slider widget implementation
Enhanced Gesture Handling: Gestures are now sent even if the object was dragged. Users can check dragging state with lv_indev_is_dragging(lv_indev_act()) in the event function
